Hours

Our kitchen is open from Monday – Sunday, 6 AM – 11 PM. Each user will have access to kitchen space during specified scheduled hours. If you are interested in hours outside of our regular business hours, please contact the kitchen manager.

Our kitchen is rented by the hour and reserved on an online scheduling system that is first come, first served. Approved users can make reservations up to three months in advance for the space and equipment they will need, with a two hour minimum.

features & rates

Storage is available for monthly rental with both of our Chef’s and Prep kitchens. Rates vary depending on the amount of space rented. Monthly rates for our different types of storage are:

  • Dry Storage: $15/month per shelf
  • Walk-in Cooler: $20/month per shelf
  • Freezer Storage: $25/month per shelf

Chef's Kitchen

Use of equipment is included in the price for rental of each preparation area.

*Two hour minimum required for booking.

  • Convection Steamer
  • Convection Ovens: 2 double-stacked, natural gas ovens
  • Broiler: heavy-duty, char-type, gas-fired broiler
  • 6-Burner Range: gas range and 24 inch griddle
  • Fryer: heavy-duty gas floor model
  • Mixer: 20 quart Hobart mixer
  • Gas Griddle

Prep Kitchen

Each of the preparation areas has first come first served access to shared small equipment.
