There are two rentable kitchens with different equipment. The Chef’s Kitchen includes a convection oven, range, griddle, grill, and fryer. Our Prep Kitchen contains a convection oven, range, steamer, and 20 qt. mixer.

No. We are very transparent about what we charge & do not assess extra fees for utilizing equipment. Everything is included in the hourly rate.

Users are responsible for supplying any other cooking supplies and/or equipment that they need for production, such as pots and pans, blenders, knives, ingredients, etc., as well as packaging and storage materials like foil, plastic wrap, or containers.

Each user must provide the following:
-Completed Online Application
-ServSafe Food Handler Certification (Level 1)
-Business Liability Insurance (coverage of at least $1,000,000 where Prep Kitchen-CLE is listed as an additional insured)
-ODA Registration (if business is manufacturing for distribution)
-Security and Key Fob Deposit

Once all requirements are met, new users will receive access to our online booking platform to independently schedule shifts and reserve shelving.

Yes, Prep Kitchen-CLE is securely accessible 24/7 with paid, scheduled bookings.

There is free street parking available in the surrounding area of the facility entrance. There is also nearby paid parking available to users with food trucks which can be reserved via our booking system.
